Every summer, Operation Kid Forward hosts its highly anticipated Boys’ Lock In, an unforgettable overnight experience designed to empower, inspire, and connect young boys in a safe, positive environment. This completely free event brings youth together for a night filled with games, sports, pool fun, food, mentorship, team-building activities, and life lessons that create lasting memories and meaningful growth.
From learning practical skills like tying a tie to building confidence through mentorship and fellowship, Boys’ Lock In is more than just an event. It is an experience centered on encouragement, brotherhood, and personal development. Throughout the entire night, trusted mentors and chaperones remain onsite to guide, support, and ensure a safe and engaging atmosphere for every participant!

The 2026 Operation Kid Forward Summer Camp is an opportunity to expose our youth to a different environment from the one they are used to. They get a chance to get away from the city and busy streets and find the quiet life on the lake. While learning about aviation, different career choices, team building, self-confidence, and having some fun!

Princess Ball
As we endeavor to ensure no daughter is left out, dedicated men of distinguished character and service have answered our call. The fine men of the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office, Chatham County Police Department, Savannah Police Department, Savannah Fire Department, and United States Army have volunteered to be substitute father figures for this evening. The knight in shining armor has always been an essential part of the classic storybook fairytale, and our evening would not be complete without each of our princesses having their very own prince as a chaperone to the ball.
